New Mexico Case Information
. Users can access case information from the New Mexico District Court, Magistrate Courts, and Municipal Courts.  If searching for case information prior to 1997, you may need to contact the court in order to obtain the desired information.
Bernalillo County Cases requires a password.

However, the resource links on the right hand side of the page are still working and will provide you with further information specific to New Mexico’s divorce laws. Specifically, you may want to look at New Mexico’s state statutes for further reading at this time.
