Any one know of a good Attorney in Atlanta area?
I am talking about one that will attack a doctor & GAL! I have evidence on physical & mental abuse and that the GAL falsified her report to the judge. Just no one willing to present it.
My daughter said that the X has been taking her looking at homes a long ways from her school. Past e-mails not intended for me to see & witnesses have indicated she has planned to leave the state. My 2nd attorney took 35k and did not put a single witness on the stand! We were only divorced in mid December 2007. That cost me over $50k+ for what looks like will not last much over 6 months. The 1st attorney also refused to take on the so called “professional” witnesses.
X got re-married about 2 weeks ago. He lived in a hotel and washes cars out of his mini pickup. She testified in court that she had no marriage plans. I am not sure if that will help or hurt her.
X has had therapy for about 1 1/2 years and it has now been a little over a year since she has lost it and hurt our daughter (that we know of). I don’t think that will help our case on abuse. I can hear them now …
Therapist: “She has been under my care for well over a year and has been rehabilitated” “Biting a kid is not abuse (testified to that one!)” and “There is no evidence of abuse (Yea, she never looked at it)".
Bottom line, the X has sworn herself to revenge and taking our daughter out of state has always been a method. My best guess is that her attorney told her to stay close because it might hurt her case. Now she has had primary power for 6 months and established herself and has kept from hurting our daughter.
To help me, she left a message saying she was primary and had the power to make my life miserable. Also that she was a F…ing B and would be the biggest F…ing B to me. SSDD for me. I still have the old messages of “I am a relentless B”. Do judges even care that these women make it obvious they want to use our children to hurt us?
Since my daughter and I never got the trial the Constitution promised us and the justice for all that the Pledge of Allegiance promises, I was thinking of having the next attorney sign a contract that he/she will do what was agreed on. I will also go to court and make sure they can handle themselves unlike my X's attorney that looked like she was going to cry and that could not get a single sentence out before hearing ... "Objection" & "Sub-stained". Any other tips?
I have been trying to get the transcripts since early January. That is just as slow as everything else. If she files to leave the state, I will only have 30 days to get it done. I wonder if my boss would understand it taking 6 months to just put her request on my list of things to do. Lol!
Again, I need to find an attorney that is not afraid to buck the system. One friend advised to get an attorney out of county so they have little to loose.
