After marrying my wife a few months ago, I found out she is pregnant with another man's child. I want a divorce and would like to know my responsibilities regarding medical bills for the birth of the child, possible child support, etc.

Also, my mom owns the house we are living in, but my wife refuses to move out. Can she be evicted from the house since it is owned by my mother?

My ex-girlfriend is pregnant with our child, but she has decided she wants to have an abortion. Is there anything I can do to prevent her from having an abortion?

Can the mother terminate her parental rights after the child is born so I can take full custody and she doesn't have to see the child again?

My wife is pregnant with our first child due to be born later this year. She wants a divorce. Does the fact that my child is not born yet mean I will not be entitled to have some form of child custody?

My wife cheated on me and moved in with her boyfriend in 2006 and moved to another state after that and I haven't been able to find her since. About 4 months ago she called me and said she was pregnant with another man's baby and it's due in August, and she wants the divorce now before the baby born. But I don't think there is any way to get one done before then and I don't want to end up paying child support for a kid that isn't mine even though it will be born while are potentially still legally married.

What can I do? She is in Indiana now and I'm in New York. So do I file in New York even though she hasn't lived here for years?
