My question is about filing for divorce and child custody. I am legally married with a child though I have not seen my wife or child in several years and do not know where they live.

What are the steps I must take to dissolve this marriage and establish parenting time so I can have a form of child custody in order to have a relationship with my kid?

Every few months she writes me a threatening letter and then files something with the court that is usually dismissed but still costs me attorney fees and time away from my job.

Is there such a thing as legal harassment? How can I get her to stop filing these motions?

The information she swore to relating to the residency of our children during the legal separation period is absolutely false.

My ex-spouse has been allowing our minor son's girlfriend to spend the night with each other during her parenting time.

I strongly disapprove of this, but is there anything I can do since this behavior is going on during her parenting time?

I am going through divorce pro se and filed the petition. She answered with her Counter-Petition to which there are issues that I disagree with.

Do I then file my own Answer requesting parts of her Counter-Petition be dismissed? What is the procedure?
