  • Do I have the right to demand a DNA test be performed to determine if I am the father or not?
  • When a child turns 18 years old, is visitation required to continue until the child graduates from high school?
  • I sent my daughter to another state to live with her mother because of problems she was having here under the condition that she would be enrolled in school immediately. That didn't happen so I want to know what I need to do to have her returned to me?

  • My estranged stepson is 19 and graduating high school in June. His insurance that we have been paying will cancel in July if he doesn't go to college as a full-time student, which he most likely won't do. Will we still be responsible for paying for his insurance even after it is canceled by my husband's work?
  • Is there a statute of limitations on collecting child support?
  • My husband's ex was awarded the home in the divorce but she is now buying a new home. Can we ask for the property back since she probably was only awarded it to provide a roof for the kids?
