Ken Solin is the author of "Act Like A Man" a book featuring guys who help each other identify, examine, and move beyond their dysfunctional behavior as partners, fathers, and friends.
Solin has worked for 20 years with men to move them beyond the issues, including divorce, that limit their lives.
A big part of Solin's message is men need to seek help and support groups rather than try and go it alone. He talked with DadsDivorce.com editor about his experience in his male-only support group and what it takes to "Act Like A Man."
