I am representing myself pro se in my divorce case. I am submitting a motion requesting the court set aside my child support and alimony arrears.

How can I ensure that this motion will not be heard by the same biased judge who originally entered the order?

Can child support be applied retroactively?

Per our verbal agreements, I have been paying for daycare since we separated but my ex wants me to pay for back child support as well. Can she do this?

I am the wife of a gentleman that has sole custody of his old daughter. My husband has never received child support from his ex-wife though the decree states he should have been receiving support each month since the divorce. 

The divorce was granted and child support ordered in Oklahoma, but we now live in Texas with the child. We filed in Texas for jurisdiction to be changed to our home state, but the judge stayed his ruling.

What can we do to have jurisdiction changed and get her to pay child support?

I currently have a court order for paying child support arrears from a state I used to live in. The administrator handling my out-of-state child support order has submitted a wage garnishment order for an amount above the court-ordered payment.

Who has the authority in this case - the child support agency or the court order? How do I challenge an incorrect wage garnishment?

Can my wife legally sign a house lease with her boyfriend although we are not separated and still legally married?

Would I be liable for any debts if she defaults on the lease since we're married?
