Answer:

First let me preface my answer by stating that I am not licensed in the state of Missouri. Cordell & Cordell does have attorneys licensed in Missouri that would be happy to discuss your case with you.

In most states, the latest Order is the Order that controls the issue. If the decree from the Court sets child support and it was entered after the state child support order, then the Court's decree should control.

You should speak to an attorney who is licensed in the state of Missouri and who is familiar with your state's statutes and rules of civil procedure for a more specific answer to your question.
