Divorce Today: Was It The Chocolate Pudding?

Posted by Rick Ortiz in video , Parenting , Divorce Today

This week's Divorce Today features an interview with children's book author, Sandra Levins.

Levins explains how her book "Was It The Chocolate Pudding" incorporates the sometimes difficult subject of divorce into a narrative that kids can relate to.

It's important to hammer it home to children that grown-ups have grown-up problems and that divorce is never the fault of the children. The gist of the book is about how two parents can come together for the good of the children.

Levins' book describes how children sometimes make assumptions about how their behavior must have resulted in their parents' divorce. She also tells us about her upcoming book that deals with long-distance parental relationships.
