    Missouri creditation for fathers
Right now (as was a year ago) Saint Charles County in St. Louis Missouri only allows 20% creditation for overnight stays. I have joint legal/physical custody of my children and they stay with me 50% of the time. I pay my ex-wife as if she keeps them 80% by law. St. Charles County is the worst in the US. When do you think this will change and will I be able to modify?

Do Men Really Have A Chance To Modify?
My experience with the Florida family court system is that it’s still heavily biased toward the woman. I would like to modify my time-sharing arrangement but I’m afraid the Court will totally disregard my request…again. Do men really have much of a likelihood to modify time-sharing arrangements.
