His ex-girlfriend bars me from seeing my grandkids when I visit the city they live in; I travel there every year to see my family who also lives in the area. She has told the kids that I’m dead and that’s why they don’t see me. Is there anything I can do legally about this? Do grandparents have any rights to see their grandchildren following a divorce?

So I want her to switch to a community college since she is retaking classes until she gets a better GPA. I'm looking at less debt for her later, but she is refusing to consider it. Since she lives in an apartment, and not with her mother, if I emancipate her at 21, will I still be responsible to pay for her living expenses and college tuition?
