Divorce Today's Stephanie McCracken discusses the way kids cope with divorce with Dr. Debby Huntley, Professor of Psychology, Argosy University, Twin Cities. Dr. Huntley has surprising things to say about the way children of divorce compare to their counterparts from intact families.
McCracken and Huntley discuss the importance of maintaining as much of the regularity of the child's life as possible throughout the divorce process. "Children experience divorce as a loss," says Huntley. "It's a very difficult thing."
