i live upstat new york region
i was married for 5 years and goten divorsed 2002 with 2 boys of age 2 and 1 years i have not seen or goten vistation of the 2 boys and have gaven her fully costudy .
we have agreed thru the legall system that i would be payin $100.00 dollars per month. My average income is $5000,00 per year at present time Im self employeed .however im goin to school to get a better carrier and good job probley will be in higher bracket income eventually.
she is a self employed hairdresser probley makin a good income
and was woundering in the futher she probley can go after me for a big sum of money that i owe here . So i was woundering what can i do to protect my self in the futher? . I dont really want to look or contact her so what r my options ? will be stuck payin that $21K in the futher ?
