In the context of domestic litigation, Kevin M. Mammola said his experience is that persistence is a key component for achieving success.

Mr. Mammola has vast experience in the area of child support law, including stints assisting in the establishment, collection and enforcement of child support.
"Practicing on a team with a heavy case load involving all aspects of Georgia child support required that I stay on the cutting edge of recent legal decisions and changes in the law with respect to child support," Mr. Mammola said.
Mr. Mammola is admitted to practice in the following courts in the State of Georgia: Superior Courts, Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court.
Mr. Mammola received his Bachelor of Arts from Georgia State University and his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law.
Mr. Mammola belongs to the American Bar Association - Family Law Section, Family Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation and North Fulton Bar Association.
Prior to Cordell & Cordell, Mr. Mammola practiced at a boutique law firm in Alpharetta, Georgia, practicing primarily in the area of domestic relations and personal injury, including matters involving: divorce, alimony, equitable division of property, child custody and visitation, child support, legitimation, family violence and modification or enforcement of court orders, the drafting and negotiating of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, as well as matters involving automobile accidents and premises liability.
Prior to pursuing his law degree, Mr. Mammola worked as a child support agent with the Maximus Child Support Enforcement Agency in Atlanta, Georgia, assisting in the establishment, collection and enforcement of child support.
After receiving his Juris Doctor, he served as an associate with the Fulton County Special Assistant Attorney General and assisted in the prosecution of approximately 50 child support establishment, enforcement and modification cases on a monthly basis.
Mr. Mammola is a volunteer Guardian ad Litem in contested disputes involving custody, visitation and legitimation in the Family Division of the Superior Court of Fulton County.
