Experience

Prior to Cordell & Cordell, Mr. Mammola practiced at a boutique law firm in Alpharetta, Georgia, practicing primarily in the area of domestic relations and personal injury, including matters involving: divorce, alimony, equitable division of property, child custody and visitation, child support, legitimation, family violence and modification or enforcement of court orders, the drafting and negotiating of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, as well as matters involving automobile accidents and premises liability.

Prior to pursuing his law degree, Mr. Mammola worked as a child support agent with the Maximus Child Support Enforcement Agency in Atlanta, Georgia, assisting in the establishment, collection and enforcement of child support.

After receiving his Juris Doctor, he served as an associate with the Fulton County Special Assistant Attorney General and assisted in the prosecution of approximately 50 child support establishment, enforcement and modification cases on a monthly basis.

Volunteer Work

Mr. Mammola is a volunteer Guardian ad Litem in contested disputes involving custody, visitation and legitimation in the Family Division of the Superior Court of Fulton County.
