Mental abuse

Question: I am a widower of a 27-year flawless marriage. I remarried 3 years later to a woman who's husband cheated on her. Now 4 years into marriage with her she is obsessed with this belief that I must be cheating also.
She has accused me so many times that I have broken down into tears. I have no way to prove my innocence.
She has told me many times all men are cheaters.
I have NEVER cheated or lied to her about anything. I provided her with 2 cars, boat, new custom $500,000 house....anything she wanted. We've been to counseling and they told her I wouldn't stay with her if she kept this up. She would appologize and say I was the best thing that ever happened to her. We have been through this roller coaster about 6 times and I'm done. She imagines things in her sleep, woke up one morning and accused me of giving her a "date rape" drug so I could have sex with my sister in law.........It just keeps getting more bizzare.
My friends have even told her I never cheated and was a perfect husband. Have a prenup, but have many accounts, I don't want to lose.

Answer: So long as the prenup holds up, all should be fine with respect to your separate property. With respect to the marital property, anything you have earned during the marriage or transferred to marital accounts is at risk. As far as the dissolution of marriage, sounds like you need to speak to counsel regarding the protection of your current assets and the strength of your prenup before you file.
