Question:

My wife asked me to leave 3 months ago and allowed me to see my children in what was my house as long as I payed the bills... "all of the bills."

I can no longer afford to do that. Keep in mind, we are not legally separated. No court papers have been filed. As of 3 days ago she is refusing to let me see my children unless I give her the amount she wants. She has no job and won't get one. She expects me to pay all the bills or else I can't see my children.  Is she allowed to refuse me my kids?

Question:

My wife and I have been separated for 2 years and 2 months. I have been trying to work with her with visitation with my daughter. My daughter has lived with me since November of 2007.

She recently had a visitation with her and then filed an order of protection against me in order to retain physical custody of her. I contested and asked for the hearing to be asap. I then went ahead and filed for a divorce. We had a hearing today, and the judge gave me visitation every other weekend and on Wednesdays. Is there anything I can do? I am the one that had physical custody of my daughter prior to her filing a ridiculous order of protection.

Question:

I live in Pittsburgh, Pa. My wife and I have been separated since 5/31/08. She moved out of the home and now renting a townhouse. My question is: Is she still responsible for paying any portion of the taxes on our home such as "Property tax?" She is still a co-owner of this residence. This is a concern to me when division of property and Federal Tax Return is to be divided.

Question:

This question is about long distance custody were Missouri is the state the divorce is filed (not completed yet). I had made arrangements with my ex for me to move away and we would share custody every 5 weeks. She agreed and signed the papers and then before the judge could see them changed her mind. We also exercised the agreement for 3 months and I am now in another state and can not move back unless I want to be homeless and jobless. I am currently heading down a road of nasty court battles and want to try and ask for relocation of my 2 year old son to my state. I have that she has continued to keep me away from him and will not communicate with me. as well as a few other things.
