My ex-wife receives a large check each month from her parents. This was undisclosed when my child support amount was being set.
Does this money she is gifted every month count as income for purposes of calculating child support?
If so, can I have the child support order modified to reflect this?

Where I practice, any income including gifts can be included in a person’s wage. The challenge will be to prove that your ex-wife receives that money from her father.
Generally, income can include gifts such as money, food, shelter, transportation, or other goods or services that a person receives if it is significant and regular.
How Much Should You Be Paying?
A person can file a Motion to Modify Child Support if there has been a change in either parties’ income that would require a modification.
