Divorce attorney Jason BowmanQuestion:

I am currently making the car payments on the vehicle that was awarded to my ex-wife in our divorce.

She has since remarried. I would like to know if I am still required to pay for this car while she and her husband drive it?

Divorce attorney Jason BowmanQuestion:

I remarried the same woman I divorced before. It looks like we are headed for divorce again.

Can we have the second marriage annulled and the original divorce decree reinstated? We were happy with the terms of the first divorce, so how do we get back there?

divorce attorney Jill DuffyQuestion:

My ex-wife currently petitioned the court to not have my children exposed to my fiancée during my parenting time because of her previous drug history with marijuana.

The children were never exposed to the drugs and we both have consented to random drug tests.

Is there a way to fight this so my fiancée can be around my kids?

Child support is one of the most frequently asked about topics when it comes to divorce. Particularly in this economy, divorced dads want to know if they will have to pay more child support if their ex-wife or their ex's new husband is unemployed and needs to find supplemental income.

So if your ex-wife's husband loses his job, can she request more child support from you based on her new spouse's drop in income? Whose income is child support based off of anyway?

divorce attorney Jill DuffyQuestion:

My current wife and I are getting a divorce and we each have children from previous marriages. We have agreed to allow each other to see the other's children and it's an amicable divorce. However, my ex-wife is trying to keep my current wife from seeing my children once we are divorced. Can she do that?

Also, prior to my ex-wife filing this, my wife served her with an ex parte personal protection order on behalf of my wife's child who my ex-wife was harassing. Will the court take this into account?
