I am going through divorce pro se and filed the petition. She answered with her Counter-Petition to which there are issues that I disagree with.

Do I then file my own Answer requesting parts of her Counter-Petition be dismissed? What is the procedure?

Is our notarized agreement enforceable or if there are problems with our agreement will the original order be enforced?

  • My ex is withholding information I think I should have a legal right to such as our child's social security number and birth certificate. How can I get this information from her?
