Mens divorce lawyerQuestion:

A paternity test proved I am the father of a child, though the child’s mother listed another man on the birth certificate.

The child is now a teenager and I have suddenly been ordered to pay child support in addition to paying four years worth of retroactive child support. The mother also wants me to pay back child support from more than four years ago.

I do not know this child and want to stop paying child support since I have no relationship with the child or the mother. How can I stop paying child support?

Question:Divorce lawyer Leslie Lorenzano

After marrying my wife a few months ago, I found out she is pregnant with another man's child. I want a divorce and would like to know my responsibilities regarding medical bills for the birth of the child, possible child support, etc.

Also, my mom owns the house we are living in, but my wife refuses to move out. Can she be evicted from the house since it is owned by my mother?

Question:

I have a child with an ex-girlfriend. We have never been to court, but we have worked out a verbal agreement for custody and child support.

I don't feel like this custody arrangement is working anymore and I would like to get full custody.

Is this possible since the mother and I were never married? Do I have any legal rights to the child?

divorce attorney Jill DuffyQuestion:

My ex-girlfriend is pregnant with our child, but she has decided she wants to have an abortion. Is there anything I can do to prevent her from having an abortion?

Can the mother terminate her parental rights after the child is born so I can take full custody and she doesn't have to see the child again?

divorce attorney Jill DuffyQuestion:

My ex wife is saying that a child that I thought was mine and paid child support for 14 years is actually someone else's.

Is it possible to get a refund for the 14 years of child support I paid for a child that is not mine?
