Divorce Advice for Men | Fathers Rights Divorce | Child Custody

Question:

My wife is allowing my 17-year-old minor stepdaughter to have her boyfriend spend the night in our house. 

I do not think this is appropriate. Does this qualify as some sort of parental neglect?

My girlfriend kicked me out of the house and had me take our child. She now wants to come over and take our child back to live with her.

If I feel that our child will be unsafe with her living in unstable environment then can I prevent her from taking the child? Does she have more rights to the child than I do?

Question:

My wife and I are in the process of a divorce, though she has moved out of state and left our children to live with me.

Because my wife moved away, does she still have the same parental rights and custody chances that I have?

Question:

My parental rights were terminated in court by my daughter's mother at a time when I was low on money and my public defender did nothing to help my case.

It is killing me not being a part of my daughter's life, and I want to be involved but her mother is denying me any visits based on my lack of rights.

Is there any way to have my parental rights restored after they were terminated?

Question:

My ex is claiming that I am not the biological father of our child whom I am seeking custody of.

If a paternity test reveals I am not the biological father then does that prevent me from gaining custody?
