What states have the best child support models? How about the ones with the most father-friendly parenting plans?

To get the answers to those questions, DadsDivorce.com editor Matt Allen interviewed Mike Doherty, the chairman of the Children's Rights Council of Illinois, about family law reform and related family court concerns.

The Children’s Rights Council of Illinois is a charitable organization that works to inform and educate the public and family courts on dealing with children of separated and divorced parents.

Listen to the podcast for Doherty's opinions on father-friendly states.

Mens Rights Question:

My wife and I have been married to each other for almost 16 years. We have no children together. I want to end the marriage. I am primarily concerned with minimizing the financial damage to myself both in terms of dividing assets and any potential maintenance obligations.

As there are no concerns about custody or parenting, should I still consider engaging a firm that focuses on issues concerning fathers such as Cordell & Cordell?

A movement toward something is just as much a movement away from something. And the reverse would also apply. The topic of Men's Rights is one that most of our readers have probably bumped into while browsing related topics or discovered in an abrupt and painful way, feeling as many of you do, that not only men's human rights, but by extension the human rights of coming generations are being violated.

I checked out IthacaMensRights.blogspot.com and landed on this post offering an interesting take on the problems with a Feminism that has lost its way.
