Question:

As the court-ordered primary custodial parent of my children I would like to know my rights to have my kids returned to me after their mother refused to do so following her last visitation.

My children went to visit my ex-wife for an extended period of time and now she is refusing to return them saying they told her they want to live with her.

What are my rights as the custodial parent to have my children returned from a visitation that essentially turned into a kidnapping? How can I get my kids back?

Question: 

I couldn't get an ex parte order against my wife on behalf of my son because she has already filed for divorce. Is there anything I can do to keep her from taking my son from the babysitter while I'm at work?
