I found out my ex-girlfriend had a child after we broke up. We had only been apart for 6 months when the baby was born. She tells me the current new/old boyfriend is the father. But when we where together, we worked together, lived together, and were in a different state; there is no way it's his. She gave the baby her maiden name and put no name as the father on the Birth Certificate. I called social services because the baby was on Medicare, and told them I was the father, but they said SHE had to ask for the test and that
