What are standard parenting time guidelines when the parents live a great distance from each other?

Omaha Nebraska Divorce LawyerQuestion:

My ex-wife has primary physical custody, but I think a child custody modification is in order because of the presence of drugs in her home.

She was reported to Child Protective Services for having drugs in the home. An investigation found no drugs in the home, though she had shaved my children's heads I'm assuming because of the possibility of them being tested.

Even though the investigation found no drugs at the time, is there anything I can do to use this as a reason to modify custody and protect my children?

child support jurisdictionQuestion:

If a child support order that was established in the state we were divorced in was later vacated and the custodial parent now lives in another state, can the custodial parent file for child support in a new state of residence?

Since vacating the original child support order makes it null and void, does the original state lose jurisdiction over the child support order?

St. Louis divorce lawyerQuestion:

Is therapy for child considered a medical procedure that both parents should reach a decision on?

My ex-wife has taken our child to therapy sessions without my consent. My understanding is that any medical "procedure" needs to be agreed upon by both parties.

Is my child's therapy session considered a medical procedure?

advice on divorceQuestion:

As the court-ordered primary custodial parent of my children I would like to know my rights to have my kids returned to me after their mother refused to do so following her last visitation.

My children went to visit my ex-wife for an extended period of time and now she is refusing to return them saying they told her they want to live with her.

What are my rights as the custodial parent to have my children returned from a visitation that essentially turned into a kidnapping? How can I get my kids back?
