I now cohabit with my girlfriend who makes me pay child support to her for our child even though there is no child support order through the court.

I feel that since we already split expenses like a normal couple living together that I shouldn't have to pay her additional child support.

Am I required to pay child support if I am living with my girlfriend and my child and there is no court order?

My wife recently moved out of state with our children without my permission and informed me she is not returning.

She is planning on enrolling the children in school while she is living at her parents' house.

My question is what order or motion do I need to file next to try and get my kids back home so they can go back to school and be around their friends until this divorce and parenting plan can be finalized?

My ex-wife is denying my court-ordered parenting time so I filed a Family Access Motion, per my state's divorce laws.

The judge has failed to make a final determination within the 60-day mandate for a Motion for Family Access. Can he do that?

I have a court order for a medical test, which I must pay, though my case is doomed and the judge is currently only looking at supervised visitation.

Should I even have the test done at this point since the case is not in my favor and it would save me the expense of paying for a test that likely carries little weight in my case? Or should I just dismiss the case?

I just received a motion for temporary orders to allow my spouse to have exclusive possession of our marital home and requesting that I move out.

Do I even need to attend a requested hearing for these temporary orders or will her requests be granted?
