Question:erica eberle attorney tennessee

I am a truck driver and am divorced with a son. In the court agreement, it said that I could see him every other weekend. However, because of my changing work schedule, I am not always in town on weekends.

Verbally, my ex and I had agreed that we could make up our own schedule to allow for some evenings and other time where I could watch my son. However, now, she is just keeping him from me, doesn’t tell me anything about his activities or health and listens in when we talk on the phone together. What can I do in this situation?

My ex and I have been divorced for six years. Can my ex now ask for back child support from the time when we were separated?

During that time, I was assisting with some expenses but did not have an official order.

Question:jason bowman attorney kentucky

Right now, I cover my kids’ health insurance. My ex is saying that she wants to cover their insurance now, and she’s currently having her lawyer write up paperwork so that this could be changed in the decree.

She said she isn’t going to raise my child support because of this, but I’m not fully certain. Should I agree to this change, or is it a bad idea?

Question:elisabeth flemming attorney nevada

I live in one state but have a three-month-old baby that lives in another state with her mother.

I'm very concerned about how the courts will split parenting time between the mother and me.

Can joint custody be given in this situation? How would that work when we live in separate states?

Question:daniel lipsitz attorney colorado

I'm planning for a scheduled week with my kids where we'll go on day trips like visiting the zoo or the beach as well as just hang out.

My ex is now saying that she wants my complete schedule and that I need to tell her our every activity for the week. She already agreed to me having time with the kids, so do I need to provide all of this?
