Question:

Since I was ordered to pay child support my child has lived with me the majority of the time even though our parenting time schedule orders a 50/50 split.

Is there a way to dissolve the child support order if the parenting time schedule is drastically different from what was court ordered?

I took a paternity test, though it was not court-ordered, that proves I am not the father of a child for whom I am paying child support.

The mother signed my name on the birth certificate several years ago without my knowledge.

How do I terminate this fraudulent child support and sue the child's mother for paternity fraud?

When I divorced my ex-wife my state's child support laws for termination of support was age 22 if the child continued to attend a higher education institution after high school.  

Several years ago child support laws changed and reduced the maximum age to 21. 

So can I stop paying child support when my child turns 21 under the new law or do I have to follow my order under the old child support law?

If my unemployed wife is awarded one of the cars in our divorce and I pay for that car, will that payment amount be deducted from any possible alimony or child support orders?

I owe child support arrears to my ex-wife, though we are considering getting back together and moving back in with each other.

If I reconcile with my ex-wife, what becomes of the child support arrears I owe?
