Question:Diana Bishara attorney New Jersey

I found out my wife is having an affair. She is asking for a temporary separation and wants to continue seeing this person.

She says she does not want a divorce, but I feel she is not really trying to salvage our marriage. I need advice as to whether I have grounds for a divorce for her affair and  how will it affect any property asset division and alimony.

Question:jason bowman attorney kentucky

I am paying child support regularly. I am also responsible for 33 percent of child care and medical expenses in addition to the regular support. However, I am unable to cover this financially and have not been paying the extra expenses.

My ex just filed a modification for full legal custody. As I understand it, these extra expenses are not enforced by the court. Can she keep a tab and come after me for full custody at this point in time for the expenses? Is there a way I can reduce the amount of the extra expenses or control what is being spent on her end?

Question:erica eberle attorney tennessee

I’ve been trying for quite some time to get my divorce from my wife finalized. She has taken forever to get a copy of the decree back to me, and now that she has, the decree is totally different than what we had originally agreed upon.

She changed what we had agreed for custody, insurance, credit card debt, the house and more. Should I fight for the house and assets? What are my options here?
