divorce lawyer Daniel LambertQuestion:

My wife is having an affair with a man who is a convicted sex offender.

He served time in prison and now that he is out, my wife wants to kick me out of the marital home and have him around our children.

What should I do to protect myself and my children from my wife's boyfriend?

Question:Divorce lawyer Aisha Pridgen

I need advice on divorce. I believe my wife has been having an affair with her ex-boyfriend. I found their online conversations on our computer and I have seen her car outside of his house.

Based on what has happened, do I have grounds for pursuing criminal conversation/alienation of affection against this man who destroyed our marriage?

Mens divorce lawyerQuestion:

I have a feeling my wife is having an affair. Can I get a subpoena while we're married for her cell phone records to prove her infidelity?

There is no divorce pending, but I would like documentation in case we do get divorced.

My wife admitted to me she has been having a gay affair with a woman who lives in another state.

Will the court look down on her homosexual lifestyle when it determines child custody?

Question:Cordell & Cordell attorney Andrea Miller

My wife and I are currently separated and headed toward divorce. We have already signed a separation agreement.

After I signed the agreement to pay her alimony, I found out she was having an affair while we were married.

Do I have any recourse to stop paying alimony due to her affair?
