Craig Schelske Sara Evans divorceCraig Schelske has been fighting to have increased parenting time with his children with his ex-wife, country music star and "Dancing With The Stars" contestant Sara Evans.

This contentious divorce and child custody battle has all taken place in the public eye and even recently resulted in Evans' attorney settling a slander lawsuit Schelske had filed against him and issuing a letter of apology to Schelske for his actions in this case.

Unfortunately, Schelske has become what every dad going through divorce fears, an "every other weekend" visitation dad marginalized by the family court system.

He talked with DadsDivorce.com editor Matt Allen about his divorce being played out in the media, parental alienation, and the injustices he encountered as a father fighting for custody in a biased family law system.

child support lawsAs the executive director of the American Coalition for Fathers and Children, Mike McCormick is fed up with the current state of child support laws in the country.

His organization has launched the "Save The Turnips" campaign to raise awareness of the epidemic of jailing fathers who are unable to pay child support.

McCormick has also been publicly supporting the recent lawsuit claiming the state of Ohio has over collected more than $176 million in child support payments from more than 114,000 child support payers in violation of state statutes and federal regulations.

Matt Allen , editor of DadsDivorce.com, talked with McCormick about fathers rights, child support injustices and what needs to be done to end the abuses of child support enforcement agencies to ensure rights for fathers are being protected.

David Goldman custodyShortly after waving goodbye to his wife and son at a New Jersey airport in 2004, David Goldman was thrust into the worldwide media spotlight as he waged a 5-year long, and ultimately successful, international custody battle to be reunited with his son, Sean.

Goldman's then-wife was taking their son to Brazil for a brief vacation, but she refused to return from Brazil starting a complex custody and abduction battle that took five years until David was reunited with Sean. The case drew the attention of the international media, as well as Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

Goldman has written about the experience in his book called "A Father’s Love," which is available at bookstores and online retailers nationwide.

In a discussion with DadsDivorce.com editor Matt Allen, Goldman shared the emotional toll of the abduction, how he's had to overcome parental alienation, and why dads everywhere should read "A Father's Love."
