Drug testing is often a point of contention in divorce and particularly modification cases. A client may want to know if his ex-wife, or his ex-wife’s new partner, can be forced to submit to drug tests if he suspects them of using drugs, particularly when they have parenting time with the children.

If there is an issue of drug use, how big of a role does it play in determining or modifying custody or visitation?

I have joint custody of my children. They live with me one week and then one week with their mother. My question is can their mother cut their hair without asking me first? She went and cut 15 inches off my daughter's hair. Is there anything I can do to keep her from doing what she wants with her hair?

I have three children. The oldest is married and living out of the house. One is graduating high school, but has no plans on going to college immediately. My youngest doesn't live with us anymore. What are the chances of my child support being reduced or terminated?
