Dick Lindsey, chairman of the Alliance for Freedom from Alimony (AFA), is proposing to revamp the alimony laws that plague so many men across the country.
The AFA is looking for guidelines within state statutes that specify the requirements when deciding one party’s need for alimony and outlines the length of time and the amount of payments.
Lindsey talked with editor Matt Allen about his belief that the forceful collection of lifetime alimony is a form of involuntary servitude that unfairly targets men.
