i'm wondering what I can do to gain custody of my son from his mother and her live-in bofriend who's not supposed to be living there according to the judge who's handling our divorce. also dss in my area has reports of the abuse and nothing is being done about it this woman has already lost custody of a daughter and sold another can someone please help me save my three year old son from the physical and the mental abuse that he's going thru.

Bring the living situation and your concerns to the Judge and again to DSS. The best thing you can do is document the abuse and present it to the Court and DSS, and make sure they are aware of the abuse.
