I have custody of my oldest son (he sees his mother a couple of times a week), my second son (he does about 50/50). My wife has custody of my daughter (I get her about 40% of the time). Does this affect my child support?

Allow me to preface my answer to your question with the disclaimer that I am not licensed to practice law in the state of Texas. The court may find that it is not appropriate for any child support to be paid based upon the custody arrangement. However if there is a large income disparity then the Court may still order child support.
